Carlsbad 1/2 Marathon

After.....
Jen and I completed the Carlsbad 1/2 marathon on Sunday. I think she lost some brain cells during the race and may attempt the triple crown
(Carlsbad 1/2, AFC 1/2, La Jolla 1/2)
I kept some brain cells in tact but did sign up for the Rock and Roll 1/2 and will be running the Carlsbad 5k in April.
It's training time! Let's get to it!
