Highly Recommended: Fuel Juice Bar

I promised that I would check out some of the juice bars that I posted in my OBSESSED posting. I love finding new local spots that end up being affordable and convenient. The first juice bar that I decided to conquer was FUEL JUICE BAR in Coronado. What an awesome spot. Not only is this place affordable but it is located in the heart of Coronado.

I went at about 10am and enjoyed some delicious oatmeal and fruit for only $2.95. I also ordered a green drink. You can add any ingredients that you want to your green drink and it is so CHEAP. My drink had: Parsley, Kale, Spinach, Cucumber, Apple, Ginger and Lemon. It was delicious. It tasted exactly how a green drink should taste. ( I am picky). The juice was under $5!!!

Can't go wrong. The best part about FUEL JUICE BAR is that they open at 7am. I think I will make this a morning stop 2-3 times a week before work since I live so close. I will just have to monitor the traffic situation over the bridge.

I want to hit myself for always going to whole foods for my juices. Those would run be about $10 a pop because of all the added ingredients!!! AHHHH!! That's two juices at FUEL.

I will be attending Fuel Juice bar on a more regular basis. Green drinks are so good for you and allow you to get the veggy nutrients that you need for the day. Although it is still important to eat raw vegetables, the juice is a very good supplement. Most of us have a hard time consuming all the vegetables that we are supposed to in a day. This can provide you with a little boost.

Let me know if you ever want to go running/ Bike Riding in Coronado on the weekend and we stop for an oatmeal and green drinks? Sounds like a beautiful San Diego morning to me!
